Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Director to lead the R&D Global Portfolio and Project Management team. You will guide a group of project managers and coordinators across vision care, surgical, or pharma/consumer lines, ensuring standardized PM practices and timely execution.

You will mentor staff, contribute to cross-business initiatives, translate customer needs into product requirements, and shape project strategy including global registration and launch planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Medical Device/Pharma industry.
• 10+ years in R&D project management and leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and leadGovernance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of R&D project managers and coordinators.
• Oversee a portfolio of development projects and align with business verticals.
• Govern NPD governance board and drive project strategy.
