Job summary

FloQast is seeking a sophisticated Director, People Business Partner to lead our global HRBP organization and bridge strategic human capital with aggressive growth. You will mentor a high-performing team, advise C-suite leaders, and shape org design and succession across all units.

The role requires on-site work in NYC 3 days per week and a strong emphasis on analytics, AI-driven insights, and cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Accounting, and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior People Business Partner leadership role overseeing GTM and R&D in a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Fluency in GTM models (quotas, churn, CAC) and SDLC/engineering workflows.
• Executive presence to influence C-suite and VPs.
• Experience leading People strategies through rapid scale, international expansion, post-IPO, or M&A.
• Ability to interpret talent data and apply AI-driven insights for org design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of People Business Partners and advise C-suite/VP leaders on org design and succession.
• Align org design with product, GTM, and growth plans during rapid scale.
• Oversee complex employee relations with focus on risk mitigation globally.
• Own performance reviews, merit cycles, and career path architecture across IC to leadership.
• Drive end-to-end talent life cycle, succession planning, and leadership development.
