Job summary

GiveDirectly is hiring a senior People Partner (Director level) to build the employee relations and partnering framework across global functions. You will work with GSS leaders up to VP level to shape organization design, workforce planning, and talent decisions, while also establishing the standards and processes for behavior and performance across the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR business partner experience with executive and senior leaders.
• Experience in a scale-up or major transformation.
• Experience building employee relations standards, policy or frameworks across multiple countries or units.
• Experience holding or advising on disciplinary and capability decisions in more than one jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global GSS leaders up to VP to shape structure, workforce planning, talent, and people decisions.
• Lead org design and workforce planning for global functions as we scale.
• Own talent and succession for the population and identify at-risk individuals.
• Partner on performance and compensation decisions for global staff, including calibration and band placement.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership and team development.
• Lead people-side change for global functions: restructures and leadership transitions.
• Be the People representative for global staff within our framework.
• Coach managers through behavior and performance conversations.
