Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Director of Product for Payments and Wallet based in San Mateo, CA, with hybrid in-office days. You will own the end-to-end product strategy for payments and wallet, from consumer payment methods to developer payouts, while leading a team of product managers and aligning with Finance, Legal, and Risk to scale globally.

You will drive risk management, fraud controls, and regulatory compliance, partnering with engineering to build scalable architecture and data-driven decision

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience.
3+ years leading and growing product teams.
Track record launching banking, wallet, or financial product from 0 to 1.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Payments and Wallet, including risk management and operations leadership.
Launch new banking and wallet products from 0 to 1 and scale to durable revenue.
Own the P&L for Payments and Wallet with revenue and margin targets.
Build and grow a team of product managers and set a high bar for craft and career development.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business Development to expand international coverage.
