Job summary

Sonar seeks a Director, Global Process Owner – Order to Cash in Austin, TX to own the end-to-end OTC lifecycle, from quote to cash collection, and to design the operating model that will scale with the company’s growth.

You will partner with Deal Desk, Revenue Ops, Billing, Accounting, Treasury, and Tech to eliminate fragmentation, drive automation, and establish a best-in-class OTC process with strong internal controls and reporting cadence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance operations and OTC/process design.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end OTC transformations.
• Strong governance, controls, and SOX-readiness exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end OTC lifecycle from quote to cash collection.
• Design operating model, SOPs, and governance for scalable OTC processes.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Deal Desk, Billing, Revenue Ops, and Tech.
• Build and implement SOX-ready controls and dashboards with clear KPIs (DSO, cycle times).
• Drive automation and reduce fragmentation across systems (NetSuite, CPQ, RevStream, Stripe).
