Job summary

Pfizer Oncology is launching the next era of cancer care with an expanding portfolio and world-class teams. This role reports to the Commercial Lead for FV and partners with US and ICO teams to drive launch readiness, market integration, and cross-functional planning.

The candidate will own global launch sequencing, budgeting, and long-range forecasting in collaboration with finance and analytics, while upholding Pfizer values and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry; 7+ years with master’s degree.
• Marketing experience required.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, detail-oriented, creative, flexible.

Responsibilities

• Lead global launch readiness and market integration with US and ICO teams and cross-functional partners.
• Craft and evolve Global Integrated Launch Strategy and sequencing with governance.
• Drive global market engagement, establish forums to surface market needs and resolve issues.
• Establish and track launch readiness KPIs with dashboards and governance visibility.
• Integrate across FV global commercial team to align brand strategy with shared priorities.
• Lead global commercial budget planning and management.
