Takeda seeks an Associate Director, Global Medical Communication & Publication Lead to develop and execute an integrated scientific communications plan across assets, publications, and digital channels, aligned with medical strategy and group guidance. You will translate evidence into compliant, audience-centered communications and lead core scientific content and publications.

This role requires cross-functional leadership, medical review of materials for regulatory compliance, and experience

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or healthcare; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in medical communications/publications in global matrix environments.
• Knowledge of drug development, data interpretation, and medical strategy.
• Familiarity with GPP, ICMJE guidelines; CMPP a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the integrated scientific communications plan for assets, including publications and digital channels.
• Lead development of SCPs, decks, FAQs, and the global publication plan with consistent narrative.
• Plan congress and medical education activities, including content and insights collection.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and external authors.
• Provide medical review of materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
