Bayer in New Jersey is seeking a Global Brand Readiness Director for Cell & Gene Therapy (Parkinson's Disease) to translate science into customer value and build launch readiness across markets. You’ll shape go-to-market models, engage stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to drive patient access and outcomes.

The role combines strategy and execution in a fast-moving specialty area, with global and regional collaboration and a focus on KPIs and evidence-informed leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial strategy, launch excellence, or brand management
• Strong track record in launch planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop global differentiated go-to-market models for Cell & Gene Therapy launch readiness cross-functionally in collaboration with key markets
• Shape the future commercial model for complex therapy delivery, including treatment centers, referral pathways, procedural stakeholders, and patient journey requirements
• Define stakeholder engagement across patients, specialists, neurosurgeons, Centers of Excellence, healthcare institutions, payers, and priority markets
• Lead customer segmentation, market archetypes, targeting, messaging inputs, and scenario recommendations to guide investment and launch decisions
• Partner with global and local teams across commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, and country organizations to align launch priorities
• Build launch readiness frameworks, KPIs, tracking mechanisms and business cases
• Generate actionable insights on customer needs, competitive dynamics, healthcare systems, care pathways, and resource allocation
• Support strategic planning cycles by translating evidence, market feedback, and cross-functional input into clear recommendations for leadership
