Job summary

Brady Corp is seeking a Director of Logistics to lead all Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) logistics activities. The role oversees regional logistics personnel and 3PL warehousing teams, driving performance from order to delivery and improving KPIs such as inbound/outbound performance, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.

• Extensive leadership experience in logistics at a senior level.
• Experience managing regional logistics personnel and 3PL warehousing teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and TMS tools to drive cost and service improvements.
• Proven ability to partner with Manufacturing, Sourcing, IT, SIOP, Finance and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) logistics activities end-to-end.
• Direct/indirect management of regional logistics personnel and 3PL warehousing teams.
• Drive improvements and productivity across inbound/outbound logistics, inventory, and IRA metrics.
• Develop and manage annual STRAP and AOP for Logistics.
• Report key metrics for monthly logistics performance reviews.
• Optimize annual freight and distribution spend and drive cost efficiencies.
• Oversee transitions, ERP deployments, and productivity projects like TMS and freight payments.
