Job summary
Morningstar is seeking a Director of Leadership & Organizational Development in Chicago to shape enterprise leadership development and practical internal consulting across the firm. You will design development experiences for emerging to enterprise leaders and build a global portfolio aligned with business priorities.
You will partner with senior leaders, facilitate executive sessions, use data to demonstrate impact, and lead high-visibility initiatives that advance Morningstar's talent strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organization development, talent management, or related field.
- Proven ability to design and deliver leadership experiences that improve capability and align with business priorities.
- Strong consulting judgment with experience diagnosing needs and delivering practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise leadership development portfolio and flagship experiences globaly.
- Design practical development experiences for leaders at multiple career stages.
- Serve as an internal consultant to senior leaders, diagnosing challenges and designing interventions.
- Facilitate leadership team sessions and strategic working sessions.
- Translate workforce trends and strategy into leadership priorities with People & Culture teams.
- Connect leadership development to broader talent priorities and measure impact.
