Job summary

Peloton seeks a Director, Global Instructor Operations to lead the operational infrastructure for the global Instructor organization. You will partner with senior leadership to set operating models, standards, and scalable processes across the instructor lifecycle.

You will guide contracts, outside activities, brand partnerships, and complex talent matters, while overseeing the Instructor Operations team and budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex talent management or business affairs teams.
• Experience handling executive-level stakeholders in entertainment or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and operating models.
• Judgment and discretion with high-profile talent and sensitive matters.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Experience with budgets, vendors, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Affairs for the Global Instructor organization and partner to senior leadership.
• Oversee instructor contract negotiations with Legal and executive stakeholders.
• Manage lifecycle of instructor agreements including renewals and governance.
• Provide guidance on contracts, outside activities, brand partnerships, and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate with Legal, People, Finance, and other stakeholders on sensitive matters.
• Develop annual renewal recommendations and long-term/instructor planning.
• Shape operating model for Global Instructor Operations with documented processes.
• Oversee Instructor communications and day-to-day operations teams.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and experience.
• Provide strategic oversight of major initiatives and tentpole programs.
• Serve as escalation point for high-impact operational matters.
• Lead and develop the Global Instructor Strategy Operations team.
• Own the operational budget for Instructor Operations and balance needs.
• Oversee vendors, partners, and resource requirements.
