Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director, Global Incentive Compensation & Revenue Planning (GIC & RP) Innovation in Indianapolis. This role partners with Finance, Controllership, Employee Success, Sales, and Go-To-Market Strategy to shape the strategy and drive targeted initiatives across the GICRP organization.

It serves as a strategic partner among cross-functional teams and leadership, delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, GTM strategy, or revenue planning.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams on enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and prioritize outcomes.
• Experience applying AI/automation to business processes.
• Strong business acumen connecting strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor for Finance, Controllership, Employee Success, Sales, and GTM.
• Build durable relationships across P2C and non-P2C functions.
• Surface needs and priorities early to guide the GICRP Innovation team.
• Translate cross-functional input into clear requirements and improvements.
• Identify friction and misalignment, broker resolutions.
• Act as escalation point for complex, cross-team issues.
• Own end-to-end strategic initiatives with executive leadership.
• Apply rapid delivery cycles with MVPs and phased rollouts.
• Champion AI-first approaches to design and execution.
• Contribute insights to broaden the GICRP portfolio.
