Infosys Limited is seeking an HR Business Development Director (Global Sourcing Manager) to lead HR solutions for pursuits in the Americas. You will partner with client HR leadership, IT, and legal teams to drive people transfer strategies and interventions.

The role requires strong project management and experience in staff transfer programs, with travel expectations and potential cross-geography support.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent project management skills and the ability to interface with senior client management on HR/OCM related issues.
• Experience in designing and implementing staff transfer programs for strategic sourcing or M&A.
• Senior level client or target senior management interactions.
• Led solution design and project management efforts for a significant staff transfer initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR solutions for business pursuits.
• Engage with client leadership to determine effective people transfer strategy.
• Deliver people transfer interventions as needed.
• Collect and provide HR information for pursuit and delivery decisions.
• Monitor HR costs and post-contract terms and benefits handling.
• Provide HR inputs to the HR Transition Team/Manager.
