Job Description

Position: Director Global HEOR Strategy, Neuroscience - Parkinson's Disease

• Leads development and execution of projects for multiple assets across geographies, representing HEOR on cross-functional teams.
• Responsible for shaping brand/asset/enterprise strategies by applying expertise beyond the immediate subject matter.
• Ensures project plans align with product strategies, commercial interests, and scientific integrity.
• Coordinates efforts across the TA portfolio, avoiding overlaps, and providing updates to management and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees design and communication of multiple programs, presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Leads HEOR strategies in collaboration with cross-functional brand teams.
• Defines global development strategies and contributes to long-range planning.
• Executes high-quality HEOR programs supporting pipeline and on-market products, meeting all regulatory and scientific standards.
• Develops lifecycle and labeling strategies in the post-marketing phase, ensuring scientific and communication excellence.
• Manages end-to-end HEOR project delivery, fostering partnerships with relevant teams.
• Engages with senior leaders and may have two or more direct reports.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MS in Economics, Epidemiology, etc.).
• At least 10 years of experience with a Master’s or 7 years with a PhD, including leadership in complex product development or support within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscapes, with proven leadership skills in a global environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of engaging senior management.
