Elanco, a global animal-health leader, is seeking a Director of ERP Delivery & Operations (Customer) to lead a worldwide team delivering enterprise SAP and non-SAP solutions in regulated environments. You will partner with product managers, platform teams, and business leaders to drive reliable O2C/G2N processes and data integrity.

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT experience delivering and supporting enterprise ERP solutions, including 2–3 years of direct people management and supervisory experience leading technical teams.
• Hands-on expertise delivering SAP Customer domain solutions (O2C, G2N, or S/4HANA) in regulated IT environments with SOX, ITGC, and GxP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct a global team responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting ERP Customer solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end ERP delivery from intake and prioritization through release management and operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and adherence to SOX, ITGC, and GxP across ERP applications.
