Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 20 years in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise tech, or professional services (including 10 years in program management).
• Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite and VP+ stakeholders on AI transformation and end-to-end services strategy.
• Establish and lead the program operating model and governance across global teams.
• Orchestrate complex multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices and partners.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, roadmaps, and track business outcomes.
• Execute risk management and enforce process compliance to optimize delivery.
