Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. in the New York area is seeking a Director of Customs & Trade Compliance to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of import regulatory programs.

You will partner with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and regulators to ensure compliant, cost-efficient import operations, and provide strategic guidance on tariff classification, country of origin, and duty management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in customs compliance, international trade, logistics, or import operations.
• Experience working with import regulations, tariff classifications, valuation requirements, and customs audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import compliance activities and ensure regulatory adherence to requirements and company policies.
• Establish tariff classifications and ensure accurate country-of-origin determinations.
• Act as primary liaison with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and government agencies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to support business objectives.
