Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and purchasing for cosmetic raw materials.
• Identify and manage suppliers for active ingredients, chemicals, fragrances, and more.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing, lead times, and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, MOQs, and service levels with suppliers.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory for documentation and compliance.
• Support dual-sourcing strategies to reduce risk and cost.
