Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in customs operations, brokerage, or trade compliance.
• Active U.S. Customs Broker License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for customs operations, import clearance, and trade compliance programs.
• Serve as primary escalation point for compliance issues and customer concerns.
• Ensure timely and compliant U.S. Customs import entries across all modes.
• Develop governance structures, policies, and KPIs for global trade compliance.
• Lead technology and process transformation using GTM and analytics.
