Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo US is seeking a Director to lead the PMOBE within CSPV, shaping portfolio strategy, governance, and performance management. You will partner with senior leaders to drive cross-functional programs and ensure value realization across the CSPV portfolio.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, operating model design, risk mitigation, and scalable processes to improve efficiency and outcomes across global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS, MBA or PhD in a scientific discipline preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 years in patient safety & pharmacovigilance.
• PMI/PMI-PMP certification or formal project management training.

Responsibilities

• Supports CSPV portfolio and leads complex program management across CSPV.
• Delivers programs aligned to strategic priorities within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Partners with senior leaders to define critical success factors and provide transparent portfolio reporting.
• Drives disciplined execution through effective communication and accountability frameworks.
• Champions adoption of project management best practices and continuous improvement within CSPV.
• Leads development and implementation of operational excellence strategies in CSPV Leadership.
• Drives process optimization through process mapping, design, and redesign for scalable operating models.
• Oversees governance and performance metrics enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Leads impact assessments of project outcomes and shapes adoption strategies with SMEs.
