Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years in project management.
• 7+ years pharmaceutical/oncology industry experience preferred.
• Experience with budget management.
• Executive level presentations and communications required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of detailed program plans and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support launches.
• Governance: plan leadership forums and track decisions.
• Provide financial oversight, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and materials.
