Job summary

Light & Wonder seeks a Director of Corporate Communications to lead the development and execution of internal and external communications programs that strengthen the company’s reputation, culture, and priorities.

Reporting to the SVP, Global Marketing & Communications, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver consistent, compelling messaging for key audiences, manage a small, distributed team, and drive AI-enabled improvements across communications functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, media relations, or related field.
• Experience handling high-profile communications issues with sound judgment.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats.
• Experience leading and developing communications professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated internal and external communications programs to support business priorities and corporate reputation.
• Provide communications counsel to senior leaders and translate business priorities into clear messaging.
• Oversee internal/external communications channels, media relations, and executive visibility programs.
