Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director to lead the C2C4C Rides and Corporate Affairs Strategy & Operations, driving integrated communications, governance, and global storytelling for a flagship enterprise program.

In partnership with the Global program lead, you will shape messaging, manage a substantial budget, and coordinate with executives and external partners across markets to advance patient, rider, and employee narratives while upholding the company’s values and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, program management, or related fields.
• Proven track record designing and executing global, multi-stakeholder communications strategies.
• Strong program management capability, including governance support, planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Experience working with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate C2C4C strategic priorities into integrated communications plans, timelines, deliverables, owners, and milestones.
• Coordinate with market teams, agencies, event partners, rider leads, patient advocacy partners, and business stakeholders for integrated planning.
• Support program governance with clear communications inputs, leadership updates, agendas, and tracking.
• Manage multi-million dollar program budget planning and vendor/agency coordination for communications activities.
