Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) seeks a seasoned Total Rewards professional to lead global compensation programs and design salary and incentive structures that align with business goals. You will guide cross-functional teams across HR, finance, and legal to ensure compliant, equitable pay practices.

You will manage market benchmarking, policy development, and equity considerations for international groups, while driving governance and enterprise-standard processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent related work experience.
• 7+ Years experience in the analysis and administration of compensation programs.
• Workday experience preferred
• Global compensation experience preferred
• Long-term incentive compensation experience preferred
• Experience with Pay Factors preferred
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required
• In-depth knowledge of local country pay legislation, pay transparency and/or pay equity requirements.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge as well as recommend solutions.
• Advanced investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously; balance priorities.
• Ability to liaise with individuals across various disciplines.
• Access PC skills preferred
• CCP and/or SPHR certification preferred

• Provide a full spectrum of consulting and analytical compensation services.
• Translate business strategy into compensation insights and programs.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to develop strategies and drive buy-in.
• Represent businesses in enterprise initiatives and align with enterprise practices.
• Lead cross-border, global compensation projects and governance.
• Communicate and influence peers and leaders with data and solutions.
• Manage Year End, Promo/Adjustment rounds and pay equity activities.
• Support due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and harmonization of compensation structures.
• Educate HRBPs on compensation HRIS capabilities and resources.
• Lead adherence to local, regional, and international compensation laws and reporting.
