Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Director, Global Commercialization, Advanced Analytics & AI to lead the design and governance of AI-enabled analytics within BI&A. The role spans building AI tools, data products, and analytics frameworks while setting standards, oversight, and responsible AI practices for forecasting, competitive intelligence, PMR, and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, data science, or business intelligence within biopharma or life sciences.
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI and advanced analytics tools including LLMs, NLP, predictive modeling, or AI-assisted analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, patient-level data).
• Experience establishing data governance frameworks, AI use standards, or analytics quality protocols in regulated contexts.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-enabled analytics capabilities for BI&A to improve decision-making.
• Define AI product roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders for forecasting, CI, PMR, and performance analytics.
• Establish AI governance standards, model validation, and responsible use guidelines in BI&A.
• Embed AI-enabled analytics into forecasting, competitive intelligence, PMR, and analytics workflows.
