Job summary

Hemab Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Clinical Supply Chain to lead planning and execution of clinical supply activities across its development pipeline. You will work with CMC, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and other functions to build and run scalable supply capabilities across multiple geographies.

You will manage vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-effective, fit-for-purpose processes, while mentoring a global team and partnering with senior leaders to shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Extensive experience in Clinical Supply Chain management.
• Experience across US, EU and global clinical programs.
• Experience outsourcing and managing vendors.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Global project management experience.
• Knowledge of FDA and EMEA regulations and related audits/submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Clinical Supply Chain strategies for the clinical program across multiple modalities and geographies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory.
• Identify, select and manage vendors and logistics partners for clinical supply activities.
• Oversee and coordinate work of suppliers, consultants and vendors to meet program goals.
• Ensure compliance with global distribution regulations across all vendors and systems.
