Job summary

Olema Oncology is seeking a Director, Clinical Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply planning for late-phase programs across global sites. The role partners with Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality, Regulatory and external vendors to ensure uninterrupted drug supply and readiness for potential NDA submissions.

The position requires extensive experience in global clinical supply, GMP compliance, and managing complex programs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in late-phase clinical supply chains.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP principles for clinical and regulatory readiness.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply strategy for a global, late-stage program.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, Regulatory, and external partners.
• Develop demand forecasts and supply plans based on enrollment and timelines.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and transition to commercial supply when applicable.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and inventory across sites.
