Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Lead to oversee forecasting, planning, and end-to-end clinical supply activities across assets and studies. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring supply readiness, regulatory alignment, and data-enabled processes in a dynamic development environment.

The role requires a decade of experience in clinical supply chain, strong analytical skills, and a solid grounding in cGxP and ICH requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical supply chain or related operational planning/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of drug development phases and supply strategies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; tracking milestones.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction for forecasting, planning, and end-to-end clinical supply activities.
• Ensure high-quality planning, supply readiness, and asset/study support through partnerships.
• Identify and address regulatory issues affecting development objectives.
• Coordinate CSC support for assets/studies and build a data-enabled CSL ecosystem.
• Own planning and execution for assets/studies; escalate high-impact risks.
• Lead matrix teams to develop cross-functional strategies and timelines.
• Oversee complex study supply forecast development with country requirements.
• Collaborate with GDO and Finance to operationalize CD&OP and attend Demand Alignment.
• Manage risks/escalations and support budget inputs.
