CHEP USA is seeking an experienced Site Director to lead the Global Automation Technology Center in Grand Prairie, TX. You will drive strategic automation initiatives, oversee integration and validation of advanced technologies, and manage substantial annual budgets while building high-performing global teams.

The role requires a strong blend of engineering credibility and business acumen, with experience in automation integration, deployment, and global technology transfer across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, automation, or related technical operations.
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead across matrix organizations.
Experience translating technical programs into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the Global Automation Technology Center and drive strategic direction.
Oversee integration, validation, and deployment readiness of automation technologies.
Manage multi-million dollar annual budget and resource allocation.
Build and develop cross-functional teams focused on engineering excellence and operational readiness.
Develop repeatable processes and best practices for global deployment.
