You will oversee a multi-million dollar budget and guide cross-functional teams across regions to deliver scalable, innovative automation solutions. You will shape digital technology strategies, ensure safety and quality across the supply chain, and mentor a diverse workforce while aligning with Brambles’ global

Qualifications

• 20+ years of multi-functional supply chain leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading an automation technology test center.
• Global technology transfer experience across regions.
• Lean Thinking and Six Sigma problem-solving experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Automation Development team with strategic direction and technical expertise.
• Oversee safety, quality, and cyber security across the supply chain.
• Manage design, integration, testing, and maintenance of automation technologies.
• Oversee deployment protocols and technology transfer to regional leadership teams.
• Champion digital tools and data-driven optimization across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide training support for automation initiatives.
