Qualifications

• 20+ years of multi-functional supply chain leadership experience and / or factory manufacturing operational experience.
• 5+ years leading an automation technology test center.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Automation Technology Center to deliver next-generation automation and digital systems.
• Oversee global deployment, testing, and transfer of automation technologies.
• Develop and manage the site budget and capital programs.
• Provide training support and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
