Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd in New Jersey seeks a senior PM/Asset Manager to partner with R&D and Commercial teams. You will drive cross-functional asset strategy, ensure alignment of development plans with budgets and resources, and oversee the lifecycle from IND initiation through product launch.

You will lead governance at stage gates, coach PM staff, support portfolio forecasting, and coordinate with affiliates and alliance partners to deliver differentiated, patient-focused products.
