Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, or related roles.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading global communication strategies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global scientific communications strategy across assigned assets.
• Chair cross-functional teams to align content, channels, and external engagement.
• Oversee IMCP planning, timelines, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
• Drive innovative content solutions, including digital and omnichannel formats.
• Ensure scientific accuracy, compliance, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the medical communications team.
