Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Director of Transaction Accounting to lead a global team across AP, T&E, and Cash Application. You will partner with Procurement, Customer Service, IT and Finance to implement best practices and ensure compliant, high‑quality service delivery for vendors and customers.

You will manage over 20 staff across multiple sites and time zones, drive KPIs, and investigate root causes to deliver timely resolutions. Hybrid work in Morris Plains, NJ is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering these services in a global organization.
• 5+ years of leading teams for these functions.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable operations.
• Knowledge of invoice and payment processing across countries.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience navigating regulations and tax laws in multiple countries.
• Proven ability to coach and empower teams to perform.

Responsibilities

• Lead global AP, T&E, and Cash Application operations across 20+ countries.
• Manage a multi-site team of 20+ professionals and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; drive process improvements and best practices.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all countries.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for issues that arise.
