BioCatch is seeking a Director, Global Advisory for South EMEA & Italy to serve as a domain expert advisor and trusted partner to regional sales and customer success teams. You will help clients solve fraud challenges, translate needs into product innovation, and evangelise BioCatch’s value at executive levels.

You will lead thought leadership efforts, engage with senior risk leaders, and collaborate with Product to prioritize new use cases and drive ROI for customers.

Qualificações

• 10+ years hands-on experience in fraud and financial crime roles.
• 3+ years in executive-level consultative engagements.
• Domain expertise in fraud, financial crime, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to quantify ROI and build business cases.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM/quantitative discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; conference evangelism.
• Collaborative across sales, product, and risk teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deep fraud and financial crime advisory to sales and customers.
• Engage senior fraud and risk leaders to understand challenges.
• Develop thought leadership content and present at events.
• Represent BioCatch at conferences and industry briefings.
• Identify emerging use cases and work with Product to prioritize.
• Evaluate use cases for feasibility and ROI in partnership with customers.
• Contribute to the Innovation Board and market insights sharing.
