BioCatch is seeking a customer-facing Threat Analyst to help clients maximize the value of BioCatch solutions. This role involves advanced analytics and advising clients on fraud strategy. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, experience supporting fraud detection, and the ability to work autonomously.

The Threat Analyst will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, educating customers on behavioral biometrics, and collaborating with global teams to combat digital fraud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related role.
• Experience with financial institutions' fraud departments.
• Experience within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with BioCatch customers.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to achieve strategic plans.
• Use a data-driven approach for fraud detection.

Skills

Experience as a Threat Analyst/Data Analyst

Strong presentation skills

Understanding of statistical modeling techniques

Good communications and teamwork

SQL (intermediate/advanced)

Experience with Python and/or R

Education

Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics
