Job summary

BioCatch is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant for the Partner Division with a focus on discovery calls and demos. Based in the United States, you will collaborate with sales, professional services, product management, and engineering to support partner growth.

Ideal candidates are early in their careers with experience in finance or SaaS and a passion for fraud prevention. You will work with senior colleagues on complex opportunities, contribute to RFI/RFP responses, and help drive technical wins,

Qualifications

Recent graduate or early-career professional with prior experience at a financial institution, fintech, or SaaS company — internship, rotational program, analyst role, or similar customer-facing experience all considered.
Some direct customer-facing experience (presales, client service, relationship management, support, or similar).
Exposure to coding or technical projects; comfortable around technical information and willing to go deeper.

Responsibilities

Support sales opportunities to partner prospects and customers, delivering demos and addressing product and technical questions and requirements.
Build relationships with partner teams and develop credibility as a knowledgeable resource on fraud and financial crime risk solutions.
Lead discovery calls with new partners, capturing needs, timelines, and dependencies with Sales Executive.
