Position Description
At a Glance

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Global Accounts to join the Data Center Power & Control Division. The role involves identifying and pursuing key customers, especially large Data Center Customers, and collaborating with various internal teams to develop account strategies.

What Will You Do?
  • Develop annual growth strategies for accounts in collaboration with Brand Marketing Leaders and understanding key drivers for Legrand. Implement strategies with Product Management, RVPs, Sales Teams, and Accounts.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Data Center Architecture, understanding relevant areas and providing value.
  • Deeply understand Legrand’s Data Connectivity products, including benefits, roadmaps, and competitors.
  • Provide product and marketing insights to internal teams.
  • Create incentive programs where appropriate.
  • Identify new opportunities to satisfy customers, strengthen relationships, and grow revenue by understanding their needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure success.
  • Lead and motivate teams to meet goals by communicating vision clearly.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key account contacts to review progress and adjust strategies.
  • Act as the primary contact for accounts, ensuring visibility of the account's strategic importance to Legrand and building senior relationships.
  • Coordinate with other Legrand managers to identify additional opportunities.
  • Communicate Legrand branding messages effectively across all levels of the account.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000 annually, plus commission. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO, holiday pay, disability plans, paid parental leave, bonuses, volunteer time off, and an active Employee Resource Group network.

Qualifications
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience in National Account Management.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in National Account Management, Sales, or Marketing.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple brands and deliver cohesive messaging.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and ability to work across organizational boundaries.
