Job summary

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business seeks a Director of Global Academic Programs and Partnerships to lead its global academic portfolio and experiential learning programs, including MBA exchange partnerships, international university relationships, and the Global Business Experience (GBE).

The Director will oversee the full lifecycle of partnerships, ensure rigorous academic programming, and align with institutional strategy while coordinating global initiatives across MSB

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in related field.
• 5-7 years in academic program management, global partnerships, or international education.
• Experience developing and managing international academic partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with benchmarking and competitive analysis.
• Ability to manage complex global initiatives and risk considerations.
• Excellent communication and intercultural fluency.
• Proficiency with data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic oversight for global academic components of the Global Business Experience.
• Conducting benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform MSB’s global strategy.
• Managing international university relationships and representing MSB abroad.
• Coordinating global academic initiatives across MSB programs.
• Leading MSB’s global academic partnership strategy, including MBA exchange development.
