The Giving Place (Acquired by Foundation Source) is seeking a Director of Gift Annuity Compliance to lead a three-person team and own the annual filings for 80+ clients. You will navigate evolving state laws and set the standard for accuracy in regulatory compliance for charitable gift annuities.

The role requires expertise in gift planning, law or regulatory compliance, and a track record of hybrid team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in gift planning/planned giving, law or regulatory compliance.
• At least 2 years managing in a hybrid environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three compliance professionals.
• Own annual filings for 80+ clients and ensure accuracy.
• Stay abreast of state laws affecting charitable gift annuities.
• Support sales with regulatory expertise.
• Create and deliver training for staff and clients.
