Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a development professional to lead fundraising efforts for the Greater Charlotte region and community programs within the Division of Community & Social Impact. This full-time, hybrid role requires strong donor stewardship, major gift strategy, and collaboration across system teams.

You will manage a portfolio of prospects, write and present proposals, and work with executives to achieve fundraising goals while maintaining strong community relations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's level degree required.
• Master's or CFRE designation a plus.
• Five to ten years professional fund development and advancement experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Healthcare fundraising experience strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Leads day-to-day development and fundraising efforts supporting Advocate Health service lines and community programs across the Greater Charlotte region.
• Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards a portfolio of prospects and donors and sponsors.
• Develops and directs strategies and plans for major gifts and grateful patient support.
• Develops and maintains a network of support and organizes group facilitation for fundraising objectives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate prospect management, events, and long-term fundraising efforts.
