Advocate Health Foundation seeks an experienced fundraising professional to advance annual giving and major gifts. You will build and steward relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations supporting Advocate Health facilities and programs.

The role emphasizes donor cultivation, proposal development, and coordination with physicians and volunteers. On-site work in Concord, NC with a focus on community events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree required.
• 3–5 years professional fund development/advancement experience preferred.
• Experience in health care development or not-for-profit environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day fund development and annual giving activities.
• Lead selected fund development tasks and annual giving programs.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of prospects and donors.
• Partner with physicians to identify grateful patient prospects and coordinate activity.
• Plan and implement fundraisers, events, and volunteer recruitment activities.
• Maintain organized donor proposals and sponsorship outreach materials.
