Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie seeks an experienced Director to lead on-site fuel cell power generation operations for mission-critical data center infrastructure. You will drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across fuel cell systems, backup generators, and related electrical infrastructure.

The role requires building teams, defining maintenance strategies, and establishing procedures to safely operate assets while protecting critical compute load as our on-site generation capacity

Qualifications

• Experience leading fuel cell and backup generation operations.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and maintenance planning.
• Ability to scale operating models for growing on-site power capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and maintenance of fuel cell power systems and generators.
• Develop strategies to maximize availability, reliability, and performance.
• Create and improve SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and maintenance procedures.
• Lead commissioning and turnover of new generation assets.
• Monitor performance metrics and coordinate incident response.
