Job summary

SB Energy seeks a Director – Data Center Power Infrastructure O&M to lead operations, maintenance, reliability and HV power systems in our data centers. You will drive incident response, reliability improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, facilities, and business teams.

The role requires 10+ years in power infrastructure, HV system leadership, and a strong commercial mindset, with travel up to 20% and a track record in hyperscale or mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, engineering technology, or related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, NETA, CEM, and NERC are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial, utility, mission-critical, or power infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for operations, maintenance, and reliability of high-voltage data center power infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage incidents during critical events.
• Travel up to 20% to support facilities and partners.
