Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, US Oncology FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for the US Oncology franchise, focusing on Elahere and Emrelis. This role collaborates with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance to deliver accurate financial results and actionable insights that drive franchise growth.

You will develop forecasting models, translate complex data into clear business insights, and manage cross-functional planning cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering across functions and influencing without direct authority.
• Proficiency with SAP, BPC, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance leadership and partner with brand teams across US Oncology for Elahere and Emrelis.
• Lead FP&A forecasting models aligned to strategy and priorities.
• Translate financial data into clear insights to support decision-making.
• Drive Plan, LBE, and LRP cycles with Commercial and Finance teams.
• Integrate actuals into forecasts and maintain revenue/expense projection accuracy.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting brand performance.
• Present forecasts and insights to leadership clearly and concisely.
• Coach and develop one direct report to support high performance.
