Job summary

Gatik, a leader in autonomous middle-mile logistics, is seeking a highly experienced finance professional to own financial data, reporting, and insights across the business. You will produce and maintain financial statements, dashboards, KPIs, and customized reporting for leadership, reporting to the CFO, and supporting board materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience across accounting, finance, FP&A, or related financial functions.
• Experience with ERP systems to generate timely financial reporting; NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with international consolidations and preparing consolidated quarterly statements.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP-based financial and operational reporting across Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and HR.
• Maintain and refine financial forecasts, including statements, liquidity, and leasing activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate new information and improve projections.
• Develop regional KPI reporting to measure network performance, efficiency, and profitability.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership with timely financial and operating metrics.
• Support monthly/quarterly close activities and consolidation processes.
