What You'll Do

The FX Sales Account Executive is a client-facing role focused on marketing and selling our FX payments platform to financial institutions. Your goal is to expand our customer base and establish ourselves as the premier payments technology provider for regional and community banks in the U.S. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the needs of these banks regarding FX assets and experience selling payments technology to banks. Responsibilities include managing a sales territory, creating and moving a sales pipeline, forecasting accurately, providing client feedback to product teams, and representing subject matter expertise on our FX payments offerings. Travel for client meetings, industry events, and research activities will be required.

  • At least 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling FX or global payments technology platforms into community and regional banks, with a proven quota record.
  • Strong industry contacts within regional and community banks, including decision-makers for FX or payments.
  • Deep understanding of the FX lifecycle, including electronic trading, liquidity platforms, execution, confirmation, settlements, and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of payment processing challenges, including correspondent banking, Nostro management, SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, and regulations like OFAC/BSA/AML.
  • Experience with Dodd-Frank regulations related to FX derivatives is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with sales qualification processes (e.g., Meddicc) and a consultative, value-based selling approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field.

The expected salary range for this position is $125,000 to $175,000, plus commissions and equity. Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.
