What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive overall tissue volume growth in assigned regions through strategic sales and education
- Negotiate pricing agreements and execute Laboratory Service Agreements
- Present services and solutions to C-level executives and close new business opportunities
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers, including pathologists and oncologists
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and forecast sales

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years in account management within pathology sales, diagnostics, lab services, or oncology-related roles
- Deep knowledge of FFPE Tissue-based NGS/CGP testing and pathology workflows
- Proven track record of delivering results in a consultative sales environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel over 50% within your territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or clinical/lab background in life sciences or related fields
- Familiarity with pathology billing, reimbursement, and lab contracting
- Experience selling diagnostics directly to pathologists
