Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation; Master’s degree preferred.
• For SLP candidates, ASHA CCC required.
• Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience.
• Minimum of one year management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the Fitness & Rehabilitation Departments.
• Manage staff utilization and budgetary responsibilities.
• Support well-being programs and internal marketing.
• Ensure departmental and regulatory compliance.
