Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Director of Product for a Denver-based fintech portfolio. You will own the product strategy and execution across a B2B payments suite, leading a team of Product Managers and partnering with Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Risk, and Compliance.

You will drive product adoption, retention, and business outcomes while steering APIs, integrations, and complex financial systems, and applying AI to product work. Hybrid work and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Product Management experience.
• 4+ years managing Product Managers.
• Strong fintech or payments background.
• Experience owning B2B product strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across a B2B fintech portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Risk, and Compliance.
• Drive customer adoption, retention, expansion, and business outcomes.
• Work across APIs, integrations, payment flows, and complex financial systems.
• Represent Product with senior leadership, customers, and external partners.
• Help drive practical AI adoption across the Product organization.
